Beta Status

Mohnu is in closed beta testing. Access is by invitation only and the service is actively evolving. Features may change, break, or be removed without prior notice. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. By using Mohnu during the beta period, you accept these conditions.

Who We Are

Eligibility

To use Mohnu, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• •Be at least 18 years of age
• •Be located in Brazil (beta access is currently Brazil-only)
• •Have received an invitation or been accepted to the closed beta
• •Provide accurate, truthful information when registering
• •Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law

What Mohnu Does

Mohnu is a personal finance management tool. It helps you record transactions, organise categories, track balances, and understand your spending and income. Nothing in this service constitutes financial advice, investment guidance, or tax consultation. All figures displayed are derived entirely from data you entered yourself. Mohnu does not connect to bank accounts or any external financial system.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• •All activity that occurs under your account
• •Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date
• •Notifying us at support@mohnu.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Acceptable Use

By using Mohnu, you agree NOT to:

• •Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• •Probe, scan, or test the security of the service in an unauthorized manner
• •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• •Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers against the service
• •Submit false, misleading, or deliberately corrupted data
• •Use the service for money laundering or any illegal activity
• •Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the service

No Payments

Mohnu is completely free during the closed beta. We do not charge for access and we do not process payments. No subscription, billing, or financial commitment is created by signing up. When paid plans are introduced in the future, you will receive advance notice with clear pricing information and the opportunity to choose whether to continue or cancel.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy, linked in the footer of this page, for full details on what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under LGPD. By using Mohnu, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Mohnu name, logo, and all original service content are the intellectual property of Kaue Pilger, the current operator of Mohnu during beta. You may not use them without prior written permission. Your financial data belongs to you. Mohnu does not claim ownership of any content you voluntarily enter into the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without any warranty — express, implied, or statutory — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost. Use of the service during the beta period is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Mohnu is currently operated by Kaue Pilger as a free beta with no commercial revenue from users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this service is zero, as no payment has been made by you. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of income, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes and Contact
