Mohnu is a personal finance management platform available via paid subscription. New users can try Mohnu free for 7 days, with no card required. After that period, a paid subscription is required to keep using the service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may be added, changed, or removed with reasonable notice. What Mohnu Does

Mohnu is a personal finance management tool. It helps you record transactions, organise categories, track balances, and understand your spending and income. Nothing in this service constitutes financial advice, investment guidance, or tax consultation. All figures displayed are derived entirely from data you entered yourself. Mohnu does not connect to bank accounts or any external financial system.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• •All activity that occurs under your account
• •Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date
• •Notifying us at support@mohnu.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Acceptable Use

By using Mohnu, you agree NOT to:

• •Probe, scan, or test the security of the service in an unauthorized manner
• •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• •Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers against the service

• •Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the service

Payments

Mohnu is a paid subscription service with a 7-day free trial, no card required, for new users. After the trial, a valid subscription is required to keep accessing the app. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and Mohnu does not store card numbers or full payment credentials.

Intellectual Property

The Mohnu name, logo, and all original service content are the intellectual property of Kaue Pilger. You may not use them without prior written permission. Your financial data belongs to you. Mohnu does not claim ownership of any content you voluntarily enter into the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without any warranty — express, implied, or statutory — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Mohnu is operated by Kaue Pilger. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of data, loss of income, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
